Simple Vegetable Sabji with Sabji Masala

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Premium Sabji Masala
2 cups mixed vegetables (potatoes, carrots, peas, bell peppers)
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
