Recipe
Ginger Spiced Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
Additional sugar for rolling

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, Ginger Powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and molasses until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in sugar.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly crackled.
Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
