Spicy Red Chilli Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add garlic paste and ginger paste, and sauté for another minute.
Stir in pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
Add Red Chilli Powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
