Fenugreek Seed Curry

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add fenugreek seeds and sauté until they start to pop.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add garlic paste and ginger paste, and sauté for another minute.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water as needed, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
